Details

Design

Flush soffit panels provide a flat, uniform appearance for soffit, wall, and fascia applications. The rounded interlock leg and concealed fastening system improve flush alignment and add structural strength.

Installation

  • Designed for installation over solid substrate with appropriate underlayment.
  • Can be used in limited applications over framing sections.
  • In windscreen applications, panels must be stitched through side joints for added stability.
  • Optional concealed fastening clip available for higher wind resistance performance.

Ventilation

Available in vented configurations (beads, pencil ribs, or reveals) to allow air circulation while maintaining a clean soffit appearance.

Leveling & Fabrication

Precision roll-forming ensures panels are leveled for flatness, minimizing coil set, crowning, and edge wave. This produces a consistent flush appearance across all panels.

Trim & Flashing

Custom trim and flashing are fabricated by CM3 Metal or approved partners to ensure proper system integration and finish quality.

Warranty

35-year non-prorated finish warranty available.

Notes

Oil canning is a natural occurrence in metal panels and is not cause for panel rejection.
